本试验旨在探讨中草药添加剂对断奶幼兔生长性能的影响。试验选取45只健康的断奶仔兔,随机分为空白组、中草药组、抗生素组3组,每组15只,除空白组饲喂基础饲粮,中草药组和抗生素组分别在基础饲粮中添加30g/kg、30mg/kg的剂量,试验预饲期7天,正试期30天。试验期间记录仔兔的生长指标及腹泻率、死亡率、并在第30天屠宰记录胴体重和屠宰率。结果显示中草药组各阶段的生长性能显著高于空白组,腹泻率、死亡率显著低于空白组,胴体重和屠宰率极显著高于空白组,同时,各项指标均优于抗生素组,但差异不显著。说明,中草药添加剂能够提高断奶仔兔的生长性能,生产中可替代抗生素饲喂断奶仔兔。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine on the growth performance of weanling rabbits. Fifty-five healthy weaned rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: blank group, Chinese herbal medicine group and antibiotic group, with 15 rabbits in each group. Except for the blank group, the basal diet was fed. The Chinese herbal medicine group and the antibiotic group were added to the basal diet 30g / kg, 30mg / kg dose, the test pre-feeding period of 7 days, the trial period of 30 days. During the experiment, growth indexes of rabbits, diarrhea rate and mortality rate were recorded. On the 30th day, carcass weight and slaughter rate were recorded. The results showed that the growth performance of Chinese herbal medicine group was significantly higher than that of blank group at each stage. The diarrhea rate and mortality were significantly lower than those of blank group. The carcass weight and slaughter rate were significantly higher than those of blank group. The difference was not significant. That Chinese herbal additives can improve the growth performance of weaned rabbits, production of alternative antibiotics can feed weaned rabbits.
