1990年作为南通医学院优秀毕业生,被分配至南通市卫生局工作,并于同年到南通市第一人民医院外科临床锻炼,第三年回南通市卫生局医政科工作,先后担任副科长,科长职务。1998年任南通市第二人民医院院长,总支书记。2001年35岁时,被任命为南通市南通卫生局副局长,兼南通市中医院院长、党委书记。 曾参加江苏省-维多利亚卫生事业管理专业班学习。2000年政读复旦大学卫生事业管理硕士研究生。2001年为江苏省委党校经济学在职研究生,并以优异的成绩毕业,获得经济学硕士学位。先后在省级以上杂志发表论文27篇,其中3篇获江苏省现代化医院院长论坛优秀论文奖,二项成果获南通市科研成果三等奖。丰富的知识,阅历和实践为其管理一所三级甲等中医院奠定了良好的基础。 兼任社会职务情况:南通市青年联合会副主席、江苏省中医药学会医院管理委员会副主任委员、江苏省省中医系统政研会副会长、南通市医院管理学会会长、南通市中医学会会长。 在今年江苏省中医药工作会议上,南通市中医院被列为江苏省中医系统地市级中医院中唯一的大会主席台发言单位,南通市卫生局副局长、南通市中医院院长、党委书记曹金海同志作的“抓改革促发展,不断实现新的跨越”经验交流报告,在与会代表中引起了强烈的反响。记者利用会议间歇,?
