本文研究了电炉、VHD炉外精炼、电渣重熔和真空自耗重熔冶炼的GCr15钢的断裂韧性(K_(IC))。结果表明;如果显微组织和硬度都相同,则不同方法冶炼的GCr15钢的K_(IC)相差不明显,以电渣钢的K_(IC)值稍高。切口试样的K_A也有相同的趋势。K_(IC)和K_A都主要决定于硬度和钢内碳化物颗粒的尺寸分布。用Weibull统计模型可以满意地解释K_(IC),用切口顶端区域的断裂应变和抗张强度可以计算K_A,与实验符合。
In this paper, the fracture toughness (K_ (IC)) of GCr15 steel in electric furnace, VHD furnace refining, ESR and vacuum consumable remelting were studied. The results show that if the microstructure and hardness are the same, the K_ (IC) difference of GCr15 steel smelted by different methods is not obvious, and the K_ (IC) value of ESL steel is slightly higher. K_A of the incision sample also has the same tendency. K_ (IC) and K_A are mainly determined by the hardness and size distribution of carbide particles in the steel. K_ (IC) can be satisfactorily explained by Weibull statistical model. The K_A can be calculated from the strain at break and the tensile strength at the top of the incision, which accords with the experiment.
