母乳是婴儿的最佳食品,近20年来,中国的婴儿母乳喂养率呈现迅速下降的趋势。以往的一些研究工作表明,与母乳喂养有关的重要因素是“乳量分泌少”。作者在上海、云南和吉林进行了一系列的研究,包括399例的病例对照研究,500例的第一次随访研究和1999例的第二次随访研究,主要目的在于分析影响乳量的因素。研究结果表明,影响乳量分泌和喂养方式的主要因素是杜会心理学和行为因素,这些在统计学上有意义的因素正是妇幼保健工作的重点。本文提供了为促进母乳喂养而采取措施所需的重要信息。
Breast milk is the best food for babies. In the past 20 years, the rate of breastfeeding of babies in China has been declining rapidly. Some previous studies have shown that an important factor associated with breastfeeding is “less milk production.” The authors conducted a series of studies in Shanghai, Yunnan and Jilin, including 399 case-control studies, 500 first-time follow-up studies and the second follow-up study of 1999 cases, with the main purpose of analyzing the factors influencing milk yield. The results show that the main factor influencing milk secretion and feeding patterns is the psychology and behavioral factors of Du society. These statistically significant factors are the focus of MCH work. This article provides important information needed to take steps to promote breastfeeding.
