陈某,女,26岁,某厂器材库保管工,住院号5414。因家庭纠纷,于1985年7月6日夜3时许,服用自己保管的电镀原料铬酸酐3匙,当即被家属发现,约半小时后送医院抢救。 入院查体:T35.5℃, P150次/分,R36次/分,BP8/6 kPa。意识尚清楚,精神不振,发育营养均良好。颜面及全身皮肤发绀,瞳孔等大正圆,光反应存在,口唇明显发绀。颈软,气管居中,胸廓对称呼吸动度均等,心音纯律整,双肺呼吸音粗糙,腹平软,肝脾未及,两侧下腹双肾区有明显压痛,双肾区叩击痛(+),腹水征(-),肠鸣音正常。四肢脊柱无畸形,活动不受限。生理反射存在,病理反射未引出。 实验室检查:WBC 24.4×10~9/L,Sg0.82,St0.05,M0.03,L0.10;血浆蛋白T65.4g/L,A33.5g
