利用能量法推导出了一步法封头无胎冷旋压机的驱动力矩计算公式,并将理论计算和实测值进行了比较,结果两者吻合良好。为旋压机的设计提供了理论依据。
Using the energy method, the formula for calculating the driving torque of one-step headless tireless cold spinning machine is deduced. The theoretical calculation and measured values are compared, and the results agree well with each other. The design of the spinning machine provides a theoretical basis.
