一、引言本文介绍一种在机械加工中常见的辅助设备——分度头。通过对常规机械分度头的改进,并引用微机加以控制,便可达到自动进行等分或不等分的操作。文中讨论了微机数控分度头的系统构成、分度原理、性能指标及应用范围。并讨论了设备可靠性这个在微机应用领域内常见的问题。文中所谈设备经一年多的使用,证明性能良好,有明显的经济效益。二、系统构成图1是系统的总体原理图。该系统由单板机、接口、步进电机驱动电源、步进电机、分度头、无触点接近开关等子系统构成。下面对每个子系统简述之。 (1)单板机:TP801单板机控制整个设备的工作,其中包括:接受用户输入的等分数;接受无触点开关
I. INTRODUCTION This paper introduces a common auxiliary equipment in machining - indexing head. By improving the conventional mechanical indexing head, and by reference to the computer to control, you can achieve automatic division or unequal operation. In this paper, the system structure, indexing principle, performance index and application range of microcomputer numerical indexing head are discussed.
