自1983年以来,中国与苏联的经贸关系日趋活跃,人员往来日益频繁,两国贸易额大幅度增长。这引起国内外各界人士,特别是经济界及政界人士的关注。本文拟就中苏经贸关系发展前景问题作一初步探讨。一、简单的回顾早在中华人民共和国成立以前,中苏两国就开始了贸易往来,当时是通过中国东北解放区的贸易机构同苏联有关贸易公司进行的。中华人民共和国成立以后,中苏两国于1950年签订了第一个政府间贸易协定。
Since 1983, the economic and trade relations between China and the Soviet Union have become increasingly dynamic with more frequent personnel exchanges and a substantial increase in the volume of trade between the two countries. This has drawn the attention of people from all walks of life both at home and abroad, especially from the economic and political circles. This article intends to make a preliminary discussion on the prospects of the development of Sino-Soviet economic and trade relations. I. A Simple Review As early as before the founding of the People’s Republic of China, China and the Soviet Union started their trade with the Soviet-based trading companies through the trade institutions in the liberated areas of northeast China. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the two countries signed the first inter-governmental trade agreement in 1950.
