高职院校学生从事电子商务创业活动,既有利于实现大学生的创业梦想,又解决了大学生就业难的问题。随着电子商务的极速发展,电商企业的岗位分工越来越细、岗位专业要求越来越高,打破传统按年级设置教学计划的模式,改为根据学生的创业需求设计培养体系,从1.5+1.5、分层教学、创业导师培养三个方面来进行创业教育的分层培养体系。
Vocational students engaged in e-commerce business activities, both conducive to achieving entrepreneurial dreams of college students, but also to solve the problem of college students employment difficulties. With the rapid development of e-commerce, e-commerce company’s post division of labor more and more fine, job requirements more and more high, to break the traditional set according to grade teaching plan model, according to the students’ entrepreneurial needs design training system, from 1.5 +1.5, hierarchical teaching, entrepreneurial tutor training three aspects of entrepreneurship education stratified training system.
