我国农村,正在蓬勃兴起改建、新建住房的热潮。农舍的特点应该是既有利生产,又方便生活。北方冬季长,要求采暖,因而还要考虑如何节约能源。但现在北方建的农舍多是砖瓦平房或低层楼房,只能改善生活居住条件,却不能满足冬季发展生产的需要。为较好的解决这个问题,我参照国内外利用温室控制环境可以从事种植、养殖业生产的农业工程技术,结合住房建筑,设计出一种新型的适宜北方寒冷地区采用的《住宅—温室》结合式农舍(见题头照片)。这种农舍可供两家联合建筑、居住和从事温室生产。全舍分三层。高11米左右,占地543.8米~2。底层为窗台略高于地面的半地下式生产房间。设有小型拖拉机、农机具库房,可供单户采暖锅炉间和贮藏间。其余房间布置可根据本户从事不同专业要求,或搞粉碎加工业、或搞果菜贮藏、食用菌、动物、家禽饲养
In China’s rural areas, the upsurge of rebuilding and new housing is booming. The characteristics of the farmhouse should be both favorable for production and convenient for living. The north is long in winter and requires heating, so it is also necessary to consider how to save energy. However, the farmhouses built in the north are mostly brick or low-rise buildings, which can only improve the living conditions, but they cannot meet the needs of the development of winter production. To better solve this problem, I refer to domestic and foreign agricultural engineering technologies that can be used for cultivation and aquaculture production by using the greenhouse control environment. In combination with housing construction, we design a new type of “residential-greenhouse” combination suitable for use in cold regions in the north. Farmhouse (see head photo). This farmhouse can be used for two joint buildings, residences and greenhouse production. It is divided into three levels. About 11 meters high, covers an area of 543.8 meters ~2. The bottom floor is a semi-underground production room with a sill slightly above the ground. With small tractors, agricultural machinery warehouse, single-family heating boiler room and storage room. The rest of the rooms can be arranged according to different requirements of the family, or the smashing and processing industry, or the storage of fruit and vegetables, edible fungi, animals and poultry.
