本文结合牡丹江自立式钢烟囱改造项目,对该烟囱由60m增高至100m时进行了计算。发现直径为7m的自立式钢烟囱在高度接近100m时易发生横向风振,计算指标难以满足规范要求,因此改为塔架式钢烟囱方案进行改造设计。文章探讨了塔架式钢烟囱的风振问题,并分别对塔架和钢烟囱进行了详细的风荷载计算,在此基础上完成了既有钢烟囱改造设计。本文可供相关既有钢烟囱改造及新建钢烟囱工程设计参考。
In this paper, combined with the Mudanjiang self-supporting steel chimney reconstruction project, the calculation of the chimney from 60m to 100m was carried out. It was found that a self-standing steel chimney with a diameter of 7m is prone to lateral wind vibration when the height is close to 100m, and the calculation index is difficult to meet the requirements of the specification. Therefore, the tower steel chimney scheme is changed to be a retrofit design. This paper discusses the wind-induced vibration of tower-type steel chimneys, and performs detailed wind load calculations on towers and steel chimneys respectively. On this basis, the retrofit design of existing steel chimneys is completed. This article can be used for the reference of the related steel chimney reconstruction and the new steel chimney engineering design.
