在土壤灭菌条件下,研究了6种外生菌根菌对水分胁迫下1年生油松容器苗的生长和水分关系的影响.结果表明,接种菌根菌可以显著促进植株的生长,地径增加33.74%~47.85%,苗高增加38.15%~54.38%,单株干重增加1.71~2.24倍;提高苗木的根茎比,与对照相比,提高23.4%~39.4%;提高苗木的叶水势,在土壤水势为-4.0MPa下,苗木的针叶水势平均比对照高出0.75MPa.
The effects of six ectomycorrhizal fungi on the growth and water content of Pinus tabulaeformis seedlings under water stress were studied under soil sterilization conditions.The results showed that inoculation with mycorrhizal fungi could significantly promote plant growth, Increased 33.74% -47.85%, seedling height increased by 38.15% -54.38%, and the dry weight per plant increased by 1.71-2.24 times.
