遵照《中华人民共和国合伙企业法》(以下简称《合伙企业法》)、《国务院办公厅转发财政部关于加快发展我国注册会计师行业若干意见的通知》(以下简称国办56号文件)以及财政部、国家工商行政管理总局《关于推动大中型会计师事务所采用特殊普通合伙组织形式的暂行规定》(以下简称《暂行规定》)等法律、法规、规章的有关精神,中瑞岳华特殊普通合伙会计师事务所浮出历史地表。
