应用PAP免疫组织化学方法发现:NPY样免疫活性广泛分布在仓鼠肾上腺髓质的嗜铬细胞中,NPY阳性细胞占髓质细胞总数的25%~30%。经连续切片以不同第一抗体孵育结果得出:NPY与亮啡肽在肾上腺髓质中的分布特点不一致,部分NPY阳性细胞与亮啡肽有细胞内共存现象。结合免疫金标记技术进行超微结构观察进一步证实:NPY、亮啡肽样免疫活性反应颗粒出现在部分去甲肾上腺素细胞内。从光镜、电镜观察结果中推测;仓鼠肾上腺髓质中的去甲肾上腺素细胞具有4种亚型。
PAP immunohistochemistry method was used to find that NPY-like immunocompetence was widely distributed in the chromaffin cells in the hamster’s adrenal medulla, accounting for 25% -30% of the total number of NPY-positive cells. After serial sections were incubated with different primary antibodies results: NPY and leupeptin distribution in the adrenal medulla inconsistent, some NPY positive cells and intracellular coexistence of intracellular coenomic phenomenon of leucovorin. Combined with the immunogold labeling technique, ultrastructural observation further confirmed that NPY and leupeptin-like immunoreactive particles appeared in some norepinephrine cells. Speculated from light and electron microscopy observations, norepinephrine cells in the adrenal medulla of hamsters have four subtypes.
