初中班主任对学生人生观、价值观的引导和人格的形成影响巨大,其担负重任不可小视。本文从初中三年的四个关键时间节点入手,详细阐述了班主任工作需要着力关注和解决的学习问题、师生沟通问题、青春期问题以及人生观、价值观问题,并结合笔者工作实践提出了一些工作建议。
