FeSO_4与Na_2CO_3作用生成的FeCO_3-Fe(OH)_2悬浮液体系,用适当空气流速氧化得到纺缍形α-FeOOH。经过滤、干燥、研碎、脱水、还原、氧化后得到纺缍形γ-Fe_2O_3磁粉。着重研究了纺缍形α-FeOOH的生成条件和稀土元素掺杂对α-FeOOH形貌以及对γ-Fe_2O_3磁学性能的影响。
FeSO_4 and Na_2CO_3 generated FeCO_3-Fe (OH) _2 suspension system, with the appropriate air flow rate oxidation of spinel α-FeOOH. After filtration, drying, crushing, dehydration, reduction, oxidation obtained spiraled γ-Fe 2 O 3 magnetic powder. The formation conditions of spinel α-FeOOH and the effects of rare earth element doping on the morphology of α-FeOOH and the magnetic properties of γ-Fe 2 O 3 were studied emphatically.
