消毒供应中心集中处理腔镜器械的成效研究

目的:为了保证各种腔镜器械在使用完成之后,进行消毒处理的有效性,进而降低在对患者检查过程中病菌的感染率。方法:选取2016年1月-6月我院在对腔镜器械进行集中处理前以及2016年6月-12月对腔镜器械集中处理之后的300件医疗器械进行研究,对于消毒供应中心来讲,其主要是对四种类型的腔镜器械进行集中处理,在处理的过程中,由专业人员使用相关的设备来对其进行消毒处理。对集中处理前以及处理后的清洗质量在评定时,主要通过三种方式来进行评定,首先是利用目测的方式对其进行初步的检验,其次是利用放大镜来对其进行检验,最后是通过做隐血试验的方式来对其进行检验,分别计算出腔镜器械的合格率。以此来进行有效地评价。结果:利用前两种检查方式对四种类型腔镜器械进行检查的结果显示,在处理前器械的合格率为74%,在对其进行集中处理之后,其合格率为99.3%。利用第三种方式对其进行检查的结果显示,在集中处理以前的合格率为75%,处理后的合格率为91%。结论:在对我院的四种主要腔镜进行处理时,使用集中处理的方法在消毒供应中心进行消毒灭菌,可以在极大程度上提升消毒的质量,进而有效地降低在利用腔镜器械对患者进行检查时,患者受到的细菌感染。 Objective: In order to ensure the effectiveness of disinfection after various endoscopic instruments have been used, the infection rate of bacteria in the examination of patients can be reduced.
