本文以近代声学理论为基础,在考虑了固体边界面对远声场自由解的影响后,较为精确地给出了圆盘锯气动噪声场解。计算结果解释了多年未决的实验得到的声压指向曲线。所使用的变换方法具有通用性,可推广到一般声场的计算中去。探讨了声源运动对声场的影响,实验所得的谱曲线证实了即使在低马赫数下运行的气动源,其运动效果对近场分析亦是不可忽视的。
Based on the modern acoustics theory, this paper gives a more exact solution to the aerodynamic noise field of a circular saw after taking into account the influence of the solid boundary surface on the free solution of the far-sound field. The results of the calculation explain the acoustic pressure-point curves obtained from many years of pending experiments. The transformation method used has versatility and can be generalized to the calculation of general sound field. The effect of sound source motion on the sound field was discussed. The experimentally obtained spectral curve verified that the motion effect of the aerodynamic source even at low Mach number can not be neglected for near-field analysis.
