目的:观察宁夏大蓟提取物的不同极性部位对4种念珠菌体外抑菌活性。方法:大蓟水提取物、大蓟正丁醇提取物、大蓟乙酸乙酯提取物用试管二倍稀释法联合琼脂平板法,进行体外抑菌活性研究。结果:大蓟水提取物、大蓟乙酸乙酯提取物对4种念珠菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)均>1.00 g.L-1;大蓟正丁醇提取物对4种念珠菌有抑菌作用,对白色念珠菌、克柔念珠菌MIC均为0.25 g.L-1;对热带念珠菌、其他念珠菌MIC均为0.5 g.L-1。结论:大蓟水提取物、大蓟乙酸乙酯提取物无抑菌作用,大蓟正丁醇提取物对4种念珠菌有抑菌作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the antibacterial activities of four different kinds of Candida albicans in different polar fractions of the extract of Artemisia annua. Methods: The antibacterial activity of Radix et Rhizoma polygoni cuspidati extract, n-butanol extract of Artemisia annua and ethyl acetate extract of Artemisia annua were assayed by in vitro double dilution method combined with agar plate method. Results: The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the extract of Artemisia przewalskii and ethyl acetate extract of Artemisia annua was> 1.00 gL-1 for all four Candida species. Butanol extract of Artemisia annua L. had antibacterial activity against four Candida species , Candida albicans, Candida krusei were 0.25 gL-1; Candida tropicalis, other Candida MIC were 0.5 gL-1. Conclusion: The extract of Artemisia annua L. and ethyl acetate extract of Artemisia annua have no bacteriostasis. Butanol extract of Artemisia annua L. has antibacterial effect on 4 kinds of Candida.
