汽车焊接是汽车生产制造过程中的重要环节。汽车焊接技术水平高低不仅关系汽车焊接质量,同时对整台车的安全性、稳定性都有着极大的影响。为了能够提升汽车焊接质量必须要加强对焊接技术的探讨和分析。在汽车生产制造过程中,汽车的车架、车厢、变速器、发动机以及车桥等都会涉及到焊接技术。另外,汽车的一些部位需要采用造价极高的合金钢材料来提高该部分的强度,以满足汽车安全行驶和延长其使用寿命目的。但从成本造价角度考虑,如果完全采用高强度合金钢会大大地增加汽车生产企业的成本投入,为了能够有效降低生产成本投入,应在保证汽车整体质量的基础上引入焊接技术,比如齿轮和轮缘采用焊接方式替代高强度合金钢效果良好。本文就汽车生产中的焊接技术应用和技术特征进行了浅谈的探讨。
