采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法,测定“东肥”、“华合”、“华合×东肥”、“东肥×华合”、中国种“811”、日本种“812”、“811×812”、“812×811”、“肥激”(东肥经激光处理所得新种)蚕卵和蚕幼虫血液中酯酶同工酶的酶谱,并观察它们的经济性状,结果表明两亲本亲缘关系愈远,则谱带相差愈大,同源性愈弱,杂种一代的酯酶同工酶谱表现出亲本的互补关系,且出现新的“杂种酶带”,其光密度也较高,经济性状较亲本有所提高。经激光处理的品种其基因型已发生变化,其酶谱及经济性状均发生改变。
