改革开放以来企业选择的农民工雇佣关系普遍具有非正规化、短期化、外源化、歧视化等维度特征,但是在我国渐入“刘易斯拐点”后,企业农民工雇佣环境发生转折性变化,农民工雇佣关系需向正规化、长期化、内源化、非歧视化的新形态演变。从劳动力市场歧视理论视角,分析描述“刘易斯拐点”后企业农民工雇佣关系形态演变的三个阶段。进而,引入具体案例,应用数理方法、雷达图法分析企业、农民工、政府、工会及其它主体通过谈判协商达成雇佣关系新形态的多元合作博弈机制,为此,企业、农民工、政府、工会及其它主体应当构建推动雇佣关系形态演变的多元协同共建体系。
