有效提高基本公共服务均等化水平,促使人民共享改革发展成果,是建设和谐社会、促进社会公平正义的必要条件,同时也是转变政府职能、促进经济增长方式转变的重要手段。本文通过构建青岛市基本公共服务均等化评价指标体系,对基本公共服务均等化进行时间动态变化和区域差异研究,探寻基本公共服务均等化方面存在的问题并找到相应的改善途径,
Effectively raising the level of equalization of basic public services and prompting the people to share the fruits of reform and development are necessary conditions for building a harmonious society and promoting social fairness and justice. It is also an important means of transforming the functions of the government and promoting the transformation of the mode of economic growth. By constructing an index system of equalization of basic public services in Qingdao, this paper studies the time dynamic changes and regional differences in the equalization of basic public services, probes into the problems existing in the equalization of basic public services and finds corresponding ways for improvement.
