液压设备在工业自动化中越来越起着主导作用但自动化程度越高,设备的结构就越复杂,发生故障的可能性就越大,故障造成的危害和损失也越加严重。因此,正确而果断地判断发生故障的原因,迅速排除故障尤为重要,本文针对现今广泛应用的液压系统故障诊断的困难性,提出几种简便而又实用的故障诊断方法,这几种方法可以大大提高了系统故障诊断的科学性、快速性和准确性,在尽可能短的时间内,准确地找出故障部位和发生故障的原因并加以修理,使系统恢复正常运行,并力求今后不要发生同样故障。
Hydraulic equipment plays a leading role in industrial automation. However, the higher degree of automation, the more complex the structure of equipment, the greater the probability of failure and the more serious damage and loss caused by the fault. Therefore, to correctly and decisively determine the cause of the fault and eliminate the fault promptly is very important. In this paper, several simple and practical fault diagnosis methods are proposed to solve the difficulty of the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic system widely used today. These methods can be greatly Improve the scientific, rapidity and accuracy of the system fault diagnosis, accurately locate and repair the fault location and the cause of the fault in the shortest possible time, so that the system back to normal operation, and strive not to happen in the future malfunction.
