高速行驶的车辆经常会受到外界风的作用,极大增加了车辆侧移和倾覆的可能性,严重影响着车辆的稳定性和行驶安全性。从车辆不发生侧倾、侧移的两种失稳的极限状态出发,综合考虑道路线形、路面状况以及交通流组成等多种因素,通过风险分析中事故树分析法综合考虑车辆侧翻、侧滑等多种事故类型,建立在风—车—路三者耦合条件下车辆行车安全性的评价方法体系,用于强横风条件下的道路横向安全性的定量评价以及潜在危险路段的识别。通过实例分析实现了强横风条件下的不同路段间相对安全性比较,为高速公路强横风区间防风设施的设计提供参考依据。

Starting from the two instability limit states of the vehicle without roll and lateral displacement, considering the factors such as the road shape, the road conditions and the composition of traffic flow and so on, through the analysis of the accident tree in the risk analysis, considering the vehicle rollover side Slip and other accident types. The evaluation method system of vehicle driving safety under wind-vehicle-road coupling condition is established. It is used to evaluate the lateral safety of road under the condition of strong crosswind and the identification of potentially dangerous road sections. Through the example analysis, the relative safety comparison between different sections under the condition of typhoon wind is realized, which provides a reference for the design of the typhoon shelter in the typhoon section of freeway.
