采用热重分析法,全面考察了37个不同产地部位的国内典型烤烟烟叶在4个不同升温速率下的燃烧行为。结果表明,烤烟热解主要分为失水、挥发份析出与燃烧、焦炭燃烧与燃尽阶段;升温速率的改变对TG/DTG曲线产生明显的影响。运用K-A-S法对烤烟在热解过程中的不同转化率下进行动力学分析,给出了所有样品不同阶段的活化能分布,并且发现低温段的活化能高于高温段。最后,对比分析了不同产地、部位活化能的分布情况。
The thermogravimetric analysis method was used to investigate the combustion behavior of typical domestic flue-cured tobacco leaves at 37 sites with different production sites at four different heating rates. The results showed that the pyrolysis of flue-cured tobacco was mainly divided into dehydration, volatile precipitation and combustion, coke combustion and burn-out phase. The change of heating rate had a significant effect on TG / DTG curve. K-A-S method was used to analyze the kinetics of flue-cured tobacco at different conversion rates during pyrolysis. The distribution of activation energy at different stages of all samples was given. The activation energy of low temperature was higher than that of high temperature. Finally, comparative analysis of the distribution of activation energy in different areas and locations.
