设计了地下管线液压换管机夹持拧卸液压系统,对其动态特性进行研究。运用功率键合图法,建立了系统的数学模型,并结合MATLAB中的动态仿真工具Simulink软件包对液压系统进行动态仿真。仿真结果为夹持拧卸液压系统的性能分析及优化设计提供了理论依据。
The design of underground pipeline hydraulic pressure changer to clamp and unload the hydraulic system and study its dynamic characteristics. Using the power bond graph method, the mathematical model of the system is established. The dynamic simulation of the hydraulic system is carried out by combining with the Simulink package of dynamic simulation tools in MATLAB. The simulation results provide the theoretical basis for the performance analysis and optimization design of the clamping and screwing hydraulic system.
