The Far East proposed sardine line offshore migratory pelagic fish, is the world famous high-yielding fish species, mainly distributed in the coast of Japan, the Soviet Union coastal state and North Korea’s east coast. The distribution of the sea area with the growth of resources and significantly expanded, the North has now expanded to the Sea of Okhotsk, west of China’s Yellow Sea. Historically, sardine fishes proposed by the Far East after the rise and fall, the volatility of resources. In recent years, its dying fisheries flourished again and the catch soared to as high as 3,321,000 tons in 1982, the highest record in history. It is now an important species for the production of marine fish in Japan. There are many reasons for the sharp decline in sardine resources in the Far East that have ever occurred. Some people think it is mainly due to the deterioration of the marine environmental conditions, while others say it is caused by over-fishing and changes in environmental factors. In conclusion, there is no consensus so far.
