教师是教育问题的焦点,教师的状况直接关系到教育的成败。国家教委近年实行中小学教师专业合格证制度,计划经若干年的培训、进修和考试,使尚未取得相应合格学历的教师达到合格。这是加强中小学教师队伍建设的一项重要措施。下文就我国1987年和1988年两次大规模的中小学教师文化专业知识考试结果所作的剖析,为考察目前中小学教师的总体素质及研究制定相应的对策,提供了较有价值的依据。
Teachers are the focus of education, the status of teachers is directly related to the success or failure of education. In recent years, the State Education Commission has implemented a system of certificate of professional certification for primary and secondary school teachers. It is planned that after a number of years of training, advanced studies and examinations, teachers who have not yet obtained the corresponding qualifications will be qualified. This is an important measure to strengthen the construction of primary and secondary school teachers. The following analysis of the results of two large-scale primary and secondary school teachers’ cultural expertise tests conducted in 1987 and 1988 in our country provides a more valuable basis for examining the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers and formulating corresponding countermeasures.
