众所周知,氨基酸在机体的含氮代谢,蛋白质合成和更新中占重要地位,并参与激素、酶、维生素和其它生物活性物质的合成。氨基酸的不足,不仅导致精子生成障碍,而且严重影响精子的抗原活性。考虑到氨基酸能引起子宫和宫颈的收缩缩短,可预料到精液中氨基酸浓度的显著降低可影响精子在女性生殖道中的运动过程。游离氨基酸的作用及其对精子生成和生殖能力的影响在文献中阐述得不够精确。现有的一些研究证实游离氨基酸在精子的生活活动中的重要作
It is well-known that amino acids play an important role in nitrogen metabolism, protein synthesis and renewal in the body and are involved in the synthesis of hormones, enzymes, vitamins and other bioactive substances. The lack of amino acids, not only lead to spermatogenesis obstacles, but also seriously affect the sperm antigen activity.
