在我们一些企业的基层科室班组中,有不少勤勤恳恳、任劳任怨的好员工,他们年复一年、日复一日、默默无闻、脚踏实地地为企业的发展和振兴苦干着、奉献着,却很少跟组织上伸手,向领导上提个人要求,为自己索取“党票”、“官票”,被誉为生产工作中的“老黄牛”。同时,他们的一言一行,也为企业主人翁形象的树立,奠定了良好的精神基础。 勿客置疑,在日常的生产工作中,不言困难,并非就没有困难,不提要求也并不等于就没有要求,只不过这些“老黄牛”能顾大局,识大体,体谅和理解组织和领导的困难,不愿多给企业添麻烦。从某种意义上来讲,他们就更应该得到一些帮助和关心,赢得更多的理解和支持。然而,在我们有些企业的基层组织中,目前却存在着一些令人费解的陋习,那就是“爱哭的孩子多给奶”,能闹、能吵、能拍、能哄的“红脸关公,“白脸君子”,却往往能在“房子”、“票子’、“帽子”、“位子”方面,四处逢源,占尽风光。而那些埋头实干,不善辞令的老实人却总是处处吃亏,处处受气。用社会上一些耐人寻味的话来说,那就是:“现令的雷锋没户口”,过去的“老黄牛”早“黄”了,拉的是官,“黄”的是自己…… 令人担忧的是,这些市场经济大潮中畸形发展起来的新潮“人生观”“哲学流派”,正在日常工作生活中潜移默化地
