对于中国网球,人们对未来的企盼远多于对现实的嗟叹。明天的中国网球会是一番什么样的光景?我们不敢妄言,但却心怀憧憬。不管怎样,目前中国网球人正在脚踏实地地做着长远的打算和不懈地努力,为2008年奥运会,更为了中国网球的未来。2001年世界少年锦标赛亚大区预赛即将在斯里兰卡拉开帷幕,这既是一次宝贵的练兵机会,也是对我国后备力量的一次检阅,中国网球运动管理中心青少部对此也进行了有针对性的准备。当然,世少杯不是最终目的,我们期待更多的,是这一拨选手的灿烂明天。
