无损检验中,磁力探伤是检验铁磁金属材料表面缺陷较好的方法。它具有分析快易得出结论为优点。磁力探伤,是先将工作物磁化,使其内部建立磁场,利用裂纹或缺陷处的散漏磁力线来检查缺陷。本仪器除具有通常交流法磁力探伤的优点(简单、不需退磁、对表面缺陷敏感等)外,因采用了可控电源及高导磁材料(坡莫合金)探头等技术,可获得最佳灵敏度;另外,本仪器结构简单,易制作,便于推广;同时,体积小,便于携带,适合现场应用。缺点是不宜应用于需要大电流磁化的大部件。
