针对桥梁健康监测系统中的海量待处理数据,提出一种带反馈机制的监测数据处理流程框架。在归纳数据失真特点的基础上,得到数据处理流程的4个步骤:数据规约、数据清洗、数据变换以及数据融合。数据处理信息反馈到原始数据库,进一步指导传感器维修或更换。以南京长江三桥的斜拉索监测数据为例,数据处理取得了良好的效果。该研究成果可为监测数据的深度挖掘提供较为可靠的基础数据。
Aiming at the massive data to be processed in the bridge health monitoring system, a monitoring data processing framework with feedback mechanism is proposed. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of data distortion, we get four steps of data processing flow: data specification, data cleaning, data transformation and data fusion. Data processing information feedback to the original database, to further guide the sensor repair or replacement. Taking the monitoring data of stay cable of Nanjing Third Yangtze River Bridge as an example, the data processing has achieved good results. The research results can provide more reliable basic data for the depth mining of monitoring data.
