靖宇县森林火险分区是利用系统工程理论,采用已完成的森林二类调查成果,土地利用现状调查成果,农业区划成果,动植物分布资料,县气象资料及社会调查资料,运用模糊排队方法,对与森林火灾的发生、发展关系较密切的林地、社会、气象诸因子进行评定,充分量化后实行模糊排队,并利用逐步回归进行验证,得出森林火险分区数学模型。再把各火险因子的量化值代入模型,得到各单元的综合指标,再给出适当的分级步长,完成火险分区。利用火险分区图所展示出的各村的火险等级和当时的火险天气,科学地分配防、扑火力量,既做到有的放矢,全面完整,又达到节省人力、财力的目的。
