目的建立自动电位滴定法测定牛磺酸含量的方法。方法精密加入中性甲醛溶液3ml,以0.1mol/l氢氧化钠标准溶液为滴定液,采用等当点法计算牛磺酸含量。结果牛磺酸在2~6mg·ml-1的范围内,与所消耗滴定液的量成良好线性关系(r=0.9997)。结论此法可简化操作步骤,缩短试验周期并相对减少了可能的误差,适用于测定牛磺酸含量。
Objective To establish a method of automatic potentiometric titration for the determination of taurine content. Methods Neutral formaldehyde solution (3ml) was accurately added to 0.1mol / l sodium hydroxide standard solution as the titration solution, and the equivalent point method was used to calculate the taurine content. Results Taurine showed good linearity (r = 0.9997) in the range of 2 ~ 6 mg · ml-1 with the amount of titration solution consumed. Conclusion This method can simplify the operation steps, shorten the test period and reduce the possible error, suitable for the determination of taurine content.
