国有科技企业作为我国实现创新驱动发展战略、参与国际竞争的主力军,在我国经济发展中作用日益凸显。本文立足于国有科技企业科技创新人才管理的实际,尝试构建包括组织运行体系、人才发展体系、考核评价体系、激励保障体系和人才集散体系等五位一体的柔性人才容纳系统,以便为完善我国国有科技企业人力资源管理系统提供借鉴,促进国有科技企业更好的发展。
As the main force for our country to realize the innovation-driven development strategy and participate in the international competition, the state-owned science and technology enterprises play an increasingly prominent role in the economic development of our country. Based on the reality of the management of science and technology innovation talents in state-owned science and technology enterprises, this paper attempts to build a flexible talent accommodation system that includes five aspects of organization operation system, talent development system, evaluation system, incentive protection system and talent distribution system, Human resources management system of science and technology enterprises provide reference to promote the better development of state-owned science and technology enterprises.
