目的了解杜克健康评价问卷(DUKE)对高中生的调查结果,为有针对性地开展健康教育提供依据。方法选取广东实验中学142名患病寄宿高中生进行问卷调查。结果高中生DUKE问卷6项健康功能评分都较高,且离散度不大;4项功能障碍中的抑郁和疼痛因子评分较高,且离散度较大。其中性别、年级、病种之间各因子的评分差异绝大部分无统计学意义(P值均>0.05),只有男生与高二学生的疼痛因子、高三的自尊因子的差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.05),说明中学生的躯体健康状况较好,但可能伴随的抑郁、疼痛症状。结论杜克健康评价问卷能较客观地反映高中生的身心健康状况,值得进一步推广。
Objective To understand the Duke health assessment questionnaire (DUKE) findings of high school students, to provide the basis for targeted health education. Methods A total of 142 sick high school students from Guangdong Experimental Middle School were investigated by questionnaire. Results There were 6 scores of health function in DUKE questionnaire of high school students were high, and the degree of dispersion was not significant. The scores of depression and pain factor in 4 dysfunction were higher and the degree of dispersion was larger. Among them, there was no significant difference in the score of each factor between sexes, grades and diseases (P> 0.05), only the pain factors of boys and seniors, and the self-esteem of senior ones were statistically significant (P Value <0.05), indicating that the physical health of middle school students is better, but may be accompanied by depression, pain symptoms. Conclusion Duke health assessment questionnaire can more objectively reflect the physical and mental health of high school students, which is worth further promotion.
