以前我们加工一种管道内孔为φ80 × 600的零件时,由于工件内孔表面光洁度要求在▽▽▽▽10以上,所以,都是靠粗车、精车、珩磨及抛光等加工完成的。这样,不仅生产效率很低,而且也比较麻烦。后来通过试验,我们采用了浮动滚压代替珩磨和抛光的方法,既简化了操作也提高了效率。一、结构:在大批生产时,浮动滚压工具的结构如附图所示。它是由8个零件组成
