以西方现代形式主义诸文论流派为主,结合中国传统文论解读艺术形式美的传统,编撰一部以文学艺术“形式审美”为主的文学理论教材,其目的是培养学生对作品文本的审美解读能力。以西方“形式主义—新批评—结构主义”为代表的文论,其共同关注点在文学文本的“形式”(语言或结构)上。“新批评”和结构主义所提出的多层级的作品结构方面,给我们以充分的启发,使我们编写文学理论教材时,可以将不同类型、体裁的作品归纳为语言、形象、意蕴(“言、象、意”)等多层级结构。虽然现行部分文学理论教材已经注意到作品的多层级结构理论,但还没有将之作为贯穿全部教材的中心线索。同时要吸取中国传统文论的优长,并注意防止陷入“形式的牢笼”。
Based on the literary genres of Western modern formalism, combining with the tradition of Chinese traditional literary interpretation of the beauty of the art form, a textbook of literary theory based on literature and art “aesthetic form ” is designed to cultivate students’ Aesthetic interpretation ability. The literary theory represented by Western “Formalism - New Criticism - Structuralism” has its common focus on the “form” (language or structure) of literary texts. “New Criticism ” and structuralism proposed by the multi-level structure of the work, give us a full inspiration, so that when we write literary theory textbooks, you can put different types of genres of works into the language, image, meaning ( “Words, elephant, meaning ”) and other multi-level structure. Although some of the current literary theory texts have taken note of the multi-level structure theory of the work, they have not been used as a central clue to the entire textbook. At the same time, we must learn from the strengths and weaknesses of Chinese traditional literary theory and pay attention to preventing it from falling into the cage of “form.”
