培养学生的学习自信心

学生在学习的过程中,自信心是很重要的,职高的学生尤其缺乏自信心。本文分析了一下原因,并且从老师、学生的角度各自提出了一点解决方法,希望对学生的成长有所帮助。一、背景通过几年的教学,我发现我们学校的学生十分缺乏学习自信心。通过自己观察,并且和学生交流,发现大致有两个现象。1、一些学生开始就没有学习信心一些学生,他们带着一种失败者的心态,带着没有考入理想高中的失落感进入了我们学校。他们进入学校后都比较茫然、比较悲观,觉得以后没有前途,心中有一种难以名状的痛 Students in the process of learning, self-confidence is very important, especially high-level students lack confidence.
