轴承旋转时,每个滚子受到相同的周期性动态负荷作用,动态负荷对轴承性能有重要影响。建立圆柱滚子轴承动态负荷分析的数学模型,并给出求解方法。结合一实例,得到轴承每个滚子公转一周时动态负荷的变化曲线,以及每个瞬时承载区所有滚子动态负荷分布的规律,最后分析轴承工况参数对动态负荷分布的影响规律。结果表明:径向游隙和径向负荷对动态负荷分布的影响较大,而内圈转速对动态负荷分布的影响较小。
Bearing rotation, each roller subject to the same periodic dynamic load, dynamic load on the bearing performance has a significant impact. The mathematical model of dynamic load analysis of cylindrical roller bearing is established and the solution method is given. With an example, the dynamic load curve of each roller revolution per revolution was obtained, and the dynamic load distribution of all rollers in each instantaneous bearing zone was obtained. Finally, the influence of bearing operating parameters on the dynamic load distribution was analyzed. The results show that the radial clearance and radial load have a great influence on the dynamic load distribution, while the inner ring speed has little effect on the dynamic load distribution.
