蒙古口蘑(Tricholoma mongolicum Imai)俗称口蘑或白蘑(Imai,1937;Liu & Bau,1980;应建浙等,1982),是著名的塞北特产,以独有的色、香、味和丰富的营养弛名中外,在国际市场上享有盛誉,是我国的传统出口商品。由于受生态环境的影响,加之长期的掠夺式采收,使口蘑资源在坝上已濒临绝产边缘。坝上农科所位于口蘑产区,利用其地理优势和便利条件,以保护当地口蘑资源和进一步开发口蘑生产为目的,于1985年开始了口蘑资源调查,对野外生长发育过程及生态环境进行了系统的观察研
