“温州模式”发展三十余年,2011年折戟“两链风波”。如今欲在风波后突围的温州中小企业无疑需要寻求企业、政府、资本的新平衡。改革开放之初,天然抱团的小企业、家庭作坊,活跃的民间资本,敢闯敢干的温州人突破地域资源匮乏的限制,早早把生意做到了全国乃至全世界。形成了独特的“温州模式”。但2011年发生的“两链风波”(资金链、担保链),让温州实体经济受了“内伤”。
