我国95%的柑桔于11~12月份成熟。宽皮柑桔曲于呼吸强度大而耐贮性差,在国内外都仅作短暂贮藏。面对温州蜜柑的产量增多,如何占领和争取市场就显得至关重要。为此我们从1983年起开展了温州蜜柑贮藏保鲜技术的研究,现将几年来的试验工作总结于下: 试验于1983~1986年在上海市前卫农场进行,试验品种为温州蜜柑中的尾张品系。试验手段 1.库房:一般民房改建成的简式贮藏库: 2、试验处理(常温 6~10℃下):(1)薄膜单果包装贮藏;(2)保鲜纸单果包贮藏;(3)药剂涂果裸果贮藏:(4)CK。
