分析了先导式安全阀流道结构几何参数对其排放性能的影响,并采用CFD商业软件FLUENT对先导阀主阀流场进行数值模拟,得出了先导式安全阀排放性能与流道结构的关系及其不同流道结构下流场的分布和排量系数的仿真曲线,为先导式安全阀排放性能的研究提供一定的理论依据。
The influence of the geometric parameters of the pilot safety valve on its discharge performance was analyzed. The CFD commercial software FLUENT was used to simulate the flow field of the pilot valve, and the relationship between the discharge performance of the pilot safety valve and the flow channel structure was obtained And the simulation curves of the flow field distribution and displacement coefficient under different flow path structures, which provide a theoretical basis for the study on pilot-operated safety valve discharge performance.
