Graduating speakers throughout the United States are preparing for what they are going to say to college graduates this year. I’m one of them, and to be honest, I’m still a bit anxious. I hope to inspire and motivate the audience, but I also know that feedback from graduation lectures is often empty eyes and sparse applause.
