进入80年代以来,以半导体集成电路为核心的电子技术的发展更加迅速,不断地推动着电子工业前进。同时,这项技术也扩散到其它行业中,正逐渐变为现代工业结构中的一部分。电子技术与光学技术、机械技术相结合又创造出了所谓光电子学以及微电子学等新领域。估计不久的将来,电子技术与生命科学相结合,将以仿生电子学这一新技术领域而出现。象这种把现代电子技术作为轴心的一种工业革命,或叫“电子学革命”,
