RE2B型车轴较以往货车车轴,除轴颈无卸荷槽外,防尘座的结构也作了一定的变化,这给很多生产厂家在生产制造上带来了较大的困难。本文对该型车轴在试制中的工艺方式、工艺参数选择进行了验证和总结,并对大批量生产该型车轴采用数控车床精加工工艺进行了介绍。 RE2B-type axles than the previous truck axle, with the exception of the journal without unloading tank, the structure of the dust-proof seat made some changes, which to many manufacturers in the manufacturing has brought greater difficulties.
