目的 评价准分子激光角膜原位磨镶术(excimer laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)治疗高度近视的疗效。方法 对74例(139眼)接受LASIK治疗,术后随访6~12个月的高度近视病人资料进行分析。术前近视屈光度平均为-9.58±3.69D(-6.0~-25.0D),最佳戴镜矫正视力0.93±0.23。结果 术后裸眼视力和屈光状态于1~3个月趋向稳定。平均残余屈光度≥-0.5D者35眼(25.2%),其中-6.25~-10.0D组为13眼(15.3%),-10.25~-15.0D组17眼(40.5%),≥-15.25D组5眼(41.6%);≥-1.0D者23眼(16.5%);裸眼视力达0.5以上者127眼(91.4%),达1.0以上者23眼(41.7%)。最佳矫正视力损失2行以上者1眼(0.9%)。结论 LASIK治疗高度近视安全、有效,疗效优于PRK。提高手术技巧,预防“办相关并发症”是做好LASIK手术的关键。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) in the treatment of high myopia. Methods Totally 74 patients (139 eyes) underwent LASIK and were followed up for 6 to 12 months. The data of patients with high myopia were analyzed. The average preoperative myopia was -9.58 ± 3.69D (-6.0 ~ -25.0D), the best wearable corrected visual acuity was 0.93 ± 0.23. Results The uncorrected visual acuity and refractive status tended to be stable in 1 ~ 3 months after operation. There were 35 eyes (25.2%) with average residual diopter≥-0.5D, of which 13 eyes (15.3%) in -6.25 ~ -10.0D group, 17 eyes (40.5%) in -10.25 ~ -15.0D group and ≥15.25D group 5 eyes (41.6%), 23 eyes (16.5%) ≥-1.0D, 127 eyes (91.4%) with visual acuity of 0.5 or more, and 23 eyes (41.7%) of more than 1.0. The best corrected visual acuity loss of more than 2 lines in 1 eye (0.9%). Conclusions LASIK is safe and effective in treating high myopia, and its efficacy is better than PRK. Improve the surgical skills to prevent “do related complications” is the key to doing LASIK surgery.
